CloudJumper announcement with Microsoft laptop and phone in clouds in background

Microsoft has recognized CloudJumper as a global leader and partner as they make a new push for Windows Virtual Desktop.

About four years ago, we began a search for commercial host we could use to deliver GoldMine to customers without servers, on a subscription basis, and to offer clients an alternative to server based administration.

We tested with a number of firms in the fledgling Desktop-as-a-Service segment and we selected CloudJumper (then named nGenx). They offered enterprise class hosting, full set up and access including RDP or web based clients, and even monthly billing – as well as a reseller program. They were the only ones who brought all this at a market competitive price.

So, a new prospect could evaluate GoldMine and if they liked the feature set, pick between our “Own It” program or GoldMine Cloud on a subscription basis. Existing customers could migrate their data and licenses and take advantage of reduced server administration and maybe to avoid an in-house server upgrade.

CloudJumper over last three years has provided great performance worldwide, updates, and quick set up, as well as secure document storage.

There are two great by-products: one is built-in remote access and the other is the ability to add other products to the desktop: GoldMine of course, and GoldMine add-ons like intelliClick and Quotewerks – but also Office 365, QuickBooks for Windows, and over 2,400 other apps they have certified. Now with one login and one billing account, users can run their business on GoldMine Cloud

Now, Microsoft has recognized CloudJumper as a global leader and partner as they make a new push for Windows Virtual Desktop. Microsoft will be putting lots of money into this and CloudJumper will be able to deliver improvements, compatibility and keep costs competitive. You can read the full Microsoft announcement here.
